Guild Wars Factions Gyala Hatchery (Mission) Masters Level

After several attempts, I finally managed to beat this mission with 3 heroes and 4 henchies. I used the direct approach (after several failed attempts at the back way).

  1. Roe Cantarus (E/Me) {Fire 16, Energy 13}:
Liquid Flame, Flame Burst, Incendiary Bonds, Rodgort's Invocation, Meteor Shower, Fire Attunement, Elemental Attunement, Aura of Restoration

  2. Master of Whispers (N/Mo)
    {Blood 5, Death 12, Soul 9, Healing 9}:
Heal Area, Blood Ritual, Blood of the Master, Animate Bone Minions, Animate Shambling Horror, Animate Bone Fiend, Healing Breeze, Resurrect

  3. Olias (N/Mo) {Blood 3, Death 15, Soul 9, Healing 9}:
Heal Area, Blood Ritual, Blood of the Master, Animate Bone Minions, Animate Shambling Horror, Animate Bone Fiend, Healing Breeze, Resurrect

  4. Zhed Shadowhoof (E/Mo) {Earth 15, Energy 13, Healing 3}:
Heal Area, Ward Against Melee, Aftershock, Churning Earth, Dragon's Stomp, Earthquake, Earth Attunement, Aura of Restoration

  5. Sister Tai [Healer Henchman] (Mo)

  6. Seaguard Gita [Protection Henchman] (Mo)

  7. Kai Ying [Earth Henchman] (E)

  8. Aeson [Spirit Henchman] (Rt)

The necromancer heroes created lots of minions for body blocking and attacking. They used Blood Ritual to keep each others energy up and Blood of the Master to keep their minions going. All three heroes had Heal Area to aid the two healers in keeping the Young Turtles alive. This made killing the waves of Kurzicks more difficult for Kai, Zhed and me but was better than losing a Young Turtle (and the Masters for the mission). Zhed provided knockdowns and aoe attacks. Same for Kai. The healers kept the turtles and everyone else alive. Aeson was basically there as a buff. I carried a single smoke canister and dropped it amongst the young turtles whenever attacked.

With the above party, hero builds and character build I never even got close to losing a Young Turtle, and just breezed right through the mission.
