Evernote

I've been using Evernote for a little over a week and absolutely love it.  I've dumped all kinds of information and tidbits into it.  Despite that, the search capabilities are amazing.  I can find information in pdfs and images without having to first tag them with keywords.  Instead, those pdfs and images are automatically scanned and indexed for textual content.
