College Recruits Tour

Today I took a tour of campus with the first group of young college recruits after hanging out with them for a couple of hours and answering questions about being a new hire. After the tour, I headed back to my desk to catch up on the torrent of email there and to get some lunch. Then this afternoon I had another discussion with a second group of college recruits. It was a lot fun and we got to discuss with them why we decided to come work here, what we're doing and give them some suggestions for their interviews and careers.

My boss approached me today with a little side project. He asked me talk to some college recruits tomorrow. Answer any questions they will have about working here, that kind of thing. Should be fun and interesting.

Man, I haven't posted in forever. I'll try to remedy that from now on.
